AKSA AI

AKSA AI — Engineering Intelligence, Built for Engineers

AKSA AI is an engineering AI platform being developed by AKSA MECH to help engineers automate repetitive CAD, CAE, documentation and engineering workflows — while keeping critical engineering decisions under human control.

What Is AKSA AI?

A traditional AI assistant gives suggestions. AKSA AI is being built as anAI engineering agent — designed to help execute multi-step engineering workflows, with the engineer reviewing and approving important decisions along the way. AI handles the repetitive engineering work; engineers stay in control of the decisions.

AKSA AI is not a fully autonomous engineering system, and it does not replace engineering judgment. Every consequential action it proposes is designed to be reviewed and approved by an engineer first.

What Can AKSA AI Do?

AKSA AI is a product in active development. Capabilities below are labeled honestly — we don't claim shipped functionality that isn't real yet.

In development

CAD Automation & DFx

Automate repetitive design tasks and optimize for manufacturing, assembly, and cost.

In development

Simulation & Analysis

Seamless setup and troubleshooting for FEA and CFD with AI-guided workflows.

Roadmap

Universal Integration

Designed to work with SolidWorks, ANSYS, NX, AutoCAD, and more platforms.

Core design principle

Engineer-in-the-Loop

Full transparency and control over every AI decision — engineers review and approve.

AI Engineering Workflows

AKSA AI is designed to eventually operate across the full engineering workflow — requirements, CAD, engineering review, simulation, optimization, documentation and manufacturing — rather than being trapped inside a single application.

CAD + CAE + PLM

AKSA AI is being built to work across the CAD, CAE and PLM tools engineering teams already use, rather than requiring a switch to a new, isolated platform.

Human-in-the-Loop Engineering

A traditional AI assistant gives suggestions. An engineering agent is designed to help execute multi-step engineering workflows with the engineer reviewing and approving important decisions. AI handles the repetitive engineering work — engineers stay in control of the decisions. AKSA AI does not claim fully autonomous engineering approval.

AKSA AI Roadmap

In development: CAD automation & DFx checks, simulation and analysis assistance for FEA/CFD workflows.

Roadmap: broader CAD/CAE platform integration (SolidWorks, ANSYS, NX, AutoCAD) and PLM connectivity.

Core design principle: engineer-in-the-loop review stays in place regardless of which capability ships next.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is AKSA AI?

AKSA AI is an engineering AI platform being developed by AKSA MECH to help engineers automate repetitive CAD, CAE and engineering documentation workflows while keeping engineers in control of critical decisions.

Is AKSA AI a CAD system?

No. AKSA AI is not a replacement for CAD software — it's designed to sit alongside the CAD, CAE and PLM tools engineering teams already use and automate the repetitive work within those workflows.

Can AKSA AI automate CAD workflows?

CAD automation and design-for-X (DFx) checks are among the capabilities furthest along in development today.

Can AKSA AI work with CAE?

Simulation and analysis assistance for FEA and CFD workflows is an active area of development.

Can AKSA AI connect to PLM systems?

Broader platform integration, including PLM connectivity, is on the roadmap rather than available today.

Is AKSA AI autonomous?

No. AKSA AI is designed as an engineer-in-the-loop system — it proposes and helps execute engineering work, but engineers review and approve consequential decisions.

Who is AKSA AI for?

Mechanical engineering teams who spend significant time on repetitive CAD, CAE and documentation work and want to reduce that overhead without giving up engineering control.

What engineering services does AKSA MECH provide today?

Mechanical design, CAD modeling and drafting, FEA and simulation support, and manufacturing engineering documentation — see the Services page for the full list.
